Sesame baked cod with browned soya butter and dill beans

Ingredients

  • 2 st cod portions
  • 3 tbsp Japanese soy
  • 100g salted butter
  • 100g frozen/thawed edamame beans
  • 2 dl jasmine rice
  • Butter for frying
  • 2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 125g sugar snap peas

Proceed as follows

1.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Place 100g of unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it turns golden brown and smells wonderful. Remove it from the heat and carefully pour in the soy sauce.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds onto the salmon and fry in butter over medium heat. Set aside and let it rest while you finish the beans.

Add the edamame beans to the frying pan with a little butter and fry for 1 minute. Chop the dill and stir in the sugar snap peas and the chopped dill.

Serve and top the plate with some nice dill sprigs.
